FAQ
Do you have any other classes?
I currently teach Puppy Yoga on the weekends and sometimes offer park yoga during the summer, and I teach cat yoga monthly.
What should I bring?
Bring your own mat. You could also bring water, and props if you have any- such as yoga blocks, a blanket, a strap, and a bolster.
What kind of yoga class do you teach?
My classes focus on functional movement. I would consider them gentle- we don’t do Sun Salutations or Vinyasas. I scale my class to the the needs of the people I teach, and there are always a wide variety of ages, ability levels and yoga experiences present.
Do you have virtual classes?
Not at this time, but I hope to add them in the future- perhaps on YouTube.
What should I wear?
Wear any clothes that are comfortable. Yes, showing up in jeans or shorts is okay! Keep in mind you’ll move better in clothes that aren’t too restrictive.
How long have you been teaching?
I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training in the Fall of 2022 and have been teaching around Vancouver ever since. I’ve taught Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Chair, Power, Yin and Restorative.
